Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Producer to support the planning and execution of video and photo productions. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of production experience and is comfortable managing shoot logistics, budgeting, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring projects run smoothly from pre-production through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production

- Assist in planning and coordinating shoots from concept to execution.
- Prepare production schedules, budgets, and production master sheets.
- Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, photographers, stylists, talent, and crew.
- Source and manage vendors, locations, equipment, and permits.

Production

- Manage on-ground shoot operations and logistics.
- Coordinate talent, crew, clients, and stakeholders during production.
- Monitor timelines and ensure the shoot stays on schedule and within budget.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and provide quick solutions on set.
- Maintain high production standards while ensuring a smooth working environment.

Post-Production

- Coordinate with editors, motion designers, and post-production teams.
- Track feedback and revisions to ensure timely delivery.




- Organize and archive production assets and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- 4-6 years of experience in production, preferably in advertising, branded content, or digital media.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows, from pre-production through post-production.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on production schedules.

Good to Have

- Experience or understanding of event production and event operations would be an added advantage.
