REQUIREMENTS:

- Total Experience 9+ years
- Strong experience as an Agile Coach / Delivery Coach in enterprise environments
- Strong experience managing and coaching multiple Agile squads
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe methodologies
- Experience driving Agile transformation, team maturity and continuous improvement
- Strong experience coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and collaboration skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
- Strong programmatic mindset with focus on delivery effectiveness and business goals
- Experience in Project/Delivery Leadership and managing delivery bottlenecks
- Retail / Product Engineering experience is preferred
- SAFe/SPC,



ICAgile/ICP-ACC, CSM/PSM certification is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coach multiple Agile squads and drive improvements in Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives across technology and business teams.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Agile teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives and planning sessions.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve delivery predictability, team effectiveness and Agile performance using relevant metrics.
- Promote effective collaboration between Engineering, Product, Business and Leadership teams.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, communication and effective decision-making across programs.
- Establish scalable Agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Protected.
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
