Job Title: Associate Principal - Architecture

We are seeking an accomplished Associate Principal - Architecture to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role demands a hands-on technical leader with extensive experience in Java-based microservices and advanced AI/ML technologies, driving digital transformation initiatives.

- Define and own the hands-on technical architecture and implementation of AI solutions within large modernization and digital transformation programs.
- Lead the design and development of production-grade AI systems, ensuring smooth cutover to production against all non-functional requirements.
- Architect and implement agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen, incorporating planning, tool calling, and guardrails.
- Design and build robust RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines, covering chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, and grounding.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) via SDKs and APIs, applying advanced prompt engineering, versioning, and parameter-efficient tuning techniques.
- Develop and manage MLOps and LLMOps pipelines, including model registries, CI/CD, containerized serving, and safe rollout strategies for scalable inference.




- Ensure NFR compliance, scalability, resilience, and cost-efficiency of AI systems, exposed as secured AI APIs.
- Mentor technical leads and developers, facilitate technical workshops, and collaborate with client architects and program managers.
- Drive the adoption of AI across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including AI-assisted coding, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to thought leadership by building proofs-of-concept, frameworks, and accelerators, and support presales proposals.
