– L2 Support Team Member – RURAL

Role Overview

This role is open for Bangalore Location

As a L2 Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 + years experience in SUPPORT experience , you will be performing Diagnosis and Maintenance of Salesforce Solutions.

You will be required to perform :

Timely resolution and response to incidents without jeopardy to SLA

Proven work experience in Enterprise Tech support team

Root cause analysis

Debugging – Production incidents reported

Investigate and troubleshoot Incidents

Engage Business Stakeholder / Developers to reduce the impact to end users





Liaise with the Product Owners and Front line support team to resolve issues via Email or other defined communication channels or Support Management Process

Document and host KT / feedback sessions to the Product team and Front line team

Participate in Innovation requests with the tech lead and Architect to orchestrate impact analysis where applicable

Communicate without any ambiguity to customers

Experience in working on Financial domain will be plus.

Education

Graduate - preferably in Computer science or Information Technology

Skills

- Salesforce.com not limited to Apex code, configuration, workflow, custom settings, reports dashboard, data loader, LWC , Aura components, Visual force pages, Integrations API etc.
