An Associate, for the MDM MS and MV team who would be responsible for Data cleansing/Analysis work for the MDM team within the defined SLA who can work globally. Proactive/Reactive maintenance of product and price data as assigned would be the main KRA. This role reports to the MDM Team Leader.

Responsibilities

- Utilize Navision (NAV) and Product Hub tools effectively to manage daily operations and ensure timely delivery of work.

- Handle activities related to SNC Ticketing, Single Item Creation, and Bulk Item Creation in accordance with defined processes and quality standards.

- Create and maintain monthly price files for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

- Execute predefined regular monthly tasks for the Microsoft process, ensuring timely and accurate completion in line with business requirements.

- Extract, analyze, and validate data from primary and secondary sources, identifying and correcting any data inconsistencies or errors.

- Address operational issues, queries, and requests in an accurate, professional, and timely manner.

- Demonstrate solid ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and responsibilities, ensuring commitments are met and deliverables are completed on time.

- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational requirements.

- Continuously identify and drive process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

- Ensure compliance with all established SLAs, KPIs, policies, and operational procedures.

- Maintain a high level of accuracy,



attention to detail, and quality in all work performed.

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including mandatory night shifts, to support global business operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

- Fresher or 1+ years experience

- Working knowledge of ServiceNow (SNC) or any other ticketing tool.

- Basic understanding of software licensing concepts.

- Procurement background or understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle is an advantage.

- Experience working in an SLA-driven environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical and logical approach.

- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data with a high level of attention to detail.

- Ability to research and validate information from multiple sources.

- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet internal customer-driven deadlines.

- Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
