Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own and monitor the health and performance of the SaaS connector portfolio.

- Collaborate with product leadership to plan, prioritize, and roadmap feature development.

- Manage the product backlog, including defining feature requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders.

- Partner with stakeholders on internal communications, reporting, and business reviews.

- Work closely with engineering teams to execute feature enhancements and improvements.

- Actively participate in scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to triage and resolve incidents efficiently.

- Engage directly with customers for:

- Product research

- Connector onboarding

- Incident triaging and resolution





- Drive clarity and informed decision-making in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

- Balance technical feasibility with desired business outcomes to deliver impactful results.

Skills Required:

- Robust experience in B2B/B2C SaaS Product Management

- Hands-on expertise in product backlog management and prioritization

- Experience driving GTM execution for SaaS products

- Ability to translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, customers, and stakeholders

- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity and solutions

- Understanding of technical concepts and business outcomes

- Exposure to AI-driven products or enterprise AI copilots is a plus

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

Education: Relevant degree in a related field (preferred)
