Talview is looking for an L&D; Associate to lead training initiatives for its Managed Services team, which delivers online exam proctoring services to enterprise and education clients. The selected candidate will develop training programmes, manage a team of 7–10 trainers, and ensure that in-house and vendor resources are certified and ready for deployment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Manage end-to-end training activities, including induction, process certification, refresher training, and training sessions designed to address quality gaps.
- Deliver live and virtual training sessions on proctoring protocols, platform usage, escalation procedures, and client-specific SOPs across different shifts and time zones.
- Lead, mentor, and coach 7–10 trainers, allocating training capacity based on hiring requirements and account needs.
- Create learning paths, assessments, certification criteria, and training content, including presentation decks, SOPs, videos, and job aids.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Quality Assurance, Product,



and Compliance teams to ensure that training materials remain accurate and up to date.
- Train vendor resources and maintain consistent certification standards across internal and external teams.
- Track training completion, assessment pass rates, time-to-productivity, and post-training quality.
- Maintain accurate, organised, and audit-ready training records and documentation.
- Identify training gaps and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness and service-delivery quality.
