The Role
We are looking for smart, articulate and commercially minded individuals who want to build a career in recruitment and financial services.
You will work on live lateral hiring mandates, understand different businesses and roles, identify relevant professionals in the market, and engage with mid-to-senior candidates.
What You’ll Do
- Research companies, sectors, roles and talent markets within BFSI
- Source and identify relevant mid-to-senior professionals
- Speak with candidates to understand their experience, motivations and suitability
- Assess profiles against client requirements
- Manage candidate engagement and follow-ups through the hiring process
- Work closely with senior recruiters on multiple client mandates
- Gradually take ownership of searches and client interactions
Who We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates may also apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people and making outbound calls
- Curious about businesses, financial services and different job functions
- Strong research and problem-solving ability
- Driven, organised and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
