Learn how real investment advice works — by actually talking to clients, not just reading about it.

We're Goela Financial Services — a SEBI-registered investment advisory. We're looking for a sharp, fresh graduate who wants to learn how real investment advice works: talking to clients, building trust, and doing the research behind our calls.

This is a Founder's Office role, so you'll sit close to us and see how the business actually runs. Most of your time will go into talking with clients — explaining things simply, answering their questions, helping our advisory run smoothly. You'll also get involved in research, so your finance concepts keep getting sharper, not rustier.

We're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for someone genuinely sharp — who understands the market's basics well, communicates clearly, and is hungry to learn fast.

What you'll do

- Talk to our clients regularly — explain things simply, answer their questions, and help build their trust in us. This is most of the job.
- Support our equity research — read up on companies, understand the numbers, and help build the case behind our calls.
- Use both fundamental and technical analysis to understand a stock — you don't need to be an expert yet, but your basics need to be genuinely solid.
- Help keep our compliance and documentation clean, as any SEBI-registered advisory needs.
- Pitch in wherever the advisory needs help — this is a founder's office role, so the work will vary.

You'll do well here if you





- Communicate clearly and confidently — this is the single most important skill for this role, since you'll be talking to clients often.
- Have your fundamentals and technicals genuinely clear — you understand what makes a stock look cheap or expensive, and you can read a basic chart.
- Are honest, and think about the client's interest first — you'd never promise a guaranteed return.
- Are a fast learner — you pick things up quickly and don't need to be told twice.
- Want to work closely with the founders and learn directly from them, not just from courses.

You don't need past experience. A finance-related degree helps, but how clearly you think and how quick you learn matters more.

Certification: You'll need to clear NISM Series X-A and X-B (Investment Adviser Level 1 & 2) to advise clients. If you haven't cleared them yet, that's fine — we'll expect you to clear them soon after joining.
