Role –

- Finacle L2 Support –
- Application Support Provide Level 2 support for Finacle Core Banking applications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs. Handle production incidents and service requests. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues. Incident &
- Problem Management Monitor application s and system health. Investigate production incidents and coordinate resolution activities. Escalate complex issues to L3 support or product vendors when required. Maintain incident and problem records in ticketing tools. Database &
- Technical Support Execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution. Validate transactions, account records, and application logs. Support batch jobs, EOD/BOD activities, and system reconciliations. Monitor server performance and application health checks. Change &
- Release Management Support application deployments and release activities. Validate changes in UAT and Production environments.



Participate in change management processes and documentation.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and external vendors. Provide status updates and incident reports to management. Ensure compliance with banking policies and audit requirements.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of Finacle Core Banking Solution (CBS).

Experience in L2 Production Support. Valuable understanding of banking operations such as CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, and Trade Finance. Hands-on experience with SQL/Oracle Database. Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.

Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira. Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
