We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support Analyst with a primary focus on SQL, UNIX, and Shell Scripting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support and a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting, configuration management, and system monitoring. Additionally, a basic understanding of up-to-date cloud technologies and data platforms will be an added advantage. ________________________________________ Responsibilities: 1.

Core Support Activities: o Monitor and maintain system performance using SQL, UNIX, and Shell Scripting. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents in adherence to SLAs. o Perform configuration changes and implement file-processing alterations as needed.

2. Application & System Monitoring: o Monitor dashboards and take necessary actions for failures in monitoring tools. o Ensure continuous monitoring of application servers, file transfers, and customer profiles.

3. Documentation & Process Improvement: o Develop and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency and streamline processes. o Document issues and resolutions to improve the knowledge base for the team.

4. Mentorship & Collaboration: o Guide and mentor team members in troubleshooting and resolving unfamiliar issues.



o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new implementations and enhancements. ________________________________________ Primary Skillset:

• Proficiency in: o SQL: Writing and debugging queries for data analysis and troubleshooting. o UNIX/Linux: Command-line expertise for system monitoring and maintenance. o Shell Scripting: Automating tasks and workflows to improve efficiency. ________________________________________ Additional Knowledge Areas (Preferred): 1. AWS S3: o Basic understanding of S3 components (Buckets, Objects, Directory Buckets). o Knowledge of access control, security, logging, and monitoring in S3. 2.

Amazon CloudWatch: o Experience with monitoring dashboards, alarms, and resource performance. o Setting up metrics and s to ensure system stability. 3.

Databricks: o Understanding data workflows and writing SQL queries in Databricks Postgres. 4.

Python: o Ability to troubleshoot and modify beginner-to-intermediate scripts.
