Role Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced DataStage Developer with 6+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage and Control-M, and be capable of developing scalable ETL processes to support business-critical data initiatives.

Experience with SAS Scripting, SAP BODS, and FCB Netezza/DataStage environments will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM DataStage. Develop and schedule batch processes and workflows using Control-M. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities across multiple data sources and target systems. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust ETL solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration, performance, and production issues.

Optimize

DataStage jobs for efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and application teams to deliver data solutions. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards.



Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Data Integration and ETL development. Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage. Robust experience with Control-M scheduling and job orchestration.

Experience in SQL development, data analysis, and performance tuning. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAS Scripting or SAP BODS.

Experience working in FCB Netezza/DataStage environments. Exposure to data warehousing concepts and enterprise data platforms.

Experience working in large-scale production support environments.
