Position: Sr. Associate & Associate

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Primary Responsibilities

- PO & Invoice Verification: Checking active and inactive Purchase Orders (POs) and receipts against invoices.
- Client Communication: Contacting clients regarding any financial queries.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing aging files and allocation files.
- Activity Tracking: Maintaining a daily productivity tracker for all invoice-related activities.
- Document Verification: Verifying bills, supporting documents, and relevant approvals.
- Accounting Operations: Managing all accounting operations based on standard accounting principles.
- Financial Closings: Conducting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Data Security: Keeping information confidential and secure with regular database backups.
- Transaction Processing:



Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.

Required Skills & Abilities

- Communication: Concise and skilled communication over email, phone, and in-person.
- Technical & Tax Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Tally, and GST (SAP knowledge is an added advantage).
- Work Ethic: Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency who works well under pressure.
- Analytical Skills: Meticulous attention to detail with a data-driven, analytical approach.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer Service: High level of customer service orientation.
- Core Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounts payable & receivable, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
