Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate with 20+ years of expertise in delivering multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across India, the UK, the Middle East, and Europe. The role involves leading technical delivery, BIM coordination, and discipline model ownership using Civil 3D and BIM platforms, while ensuring high-quality, standards-compliant outputs. The candidate will drive modelling strategies, mentor teams, and maintain design and data integrity throughout project lifecycles.

Over time, they will develop capabilities to lead infrastructure master planning projects, integrating multiple disciplines such as Geotechnics, Climate, Ecology, ICT, and Solid Waste. The role will also require strong project management, client engagement, staff development, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

- The Associate will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, driving BIM coordination, and overseeing the development of coordinated 3D models and 2D deliverables. The role requires defining modelling strategies, managing Civil 3D and BIM production, integrating geospatial, survey, and utility datasets, and ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines. Over time, the individual will develop the capability to lead infrastructure master planning projects, gaining expertise across disciplines such as Geotechnics, Climate, Ecology, ICT, and Solid Waste, while strengthening project management, client engagement, team development, and financial management skills.

- The position demands ownership of quality, compliance, and delivery by enforcing CAD/BIM standards, conducting QA/QC reviews, and ensuring construction-ready, standards-compliant outputs.



The Associate will also champion innovation through workflow automation, digital efficiencies, and BIM best practices. Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with the ability to proactively manage risks, foster collaboration, share knowledge, and build a high-performing team culture in a dynamic project environment.

Is this role right for you

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from accredited university with good relevant work experience (20+ years) (Master's degree preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments; clear, collaborative communication
- Experience of working on Indian projects with Govt and Private Client
- Experience of working in GIDs/GDCs with countries such as Middle Eastern, Australia, Singapore, UK and US are highly preferred.
- Experienced in roads, highways, and drainage projects, with expertise in site reviews, buildability assessment, and productive data management
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in delivering results within short timeframes, prioritising tasks and managing your time efficiently
- Chartered member of professional institution e.g. ICE, IMechE, CIWEM etc, or equivalent experience would be added advantage
- Experience of developing and leading a team, direct client facing for project delivery and business development purposes is mandatory.
