Position: Associate Finance Manager/ Deputy Finance Manager (CA)

Experience: CA with 0–3 years (freshers and early-career CAs welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our finance team, supporting financial reporting, month-end close, and MIS reporting, with growing exposure to broader finance operations. This is a strong opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career CA to build a well-rounded finance career in a fast-paced, multi-entity organization engaged in providing Dialysis and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing periodic financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, notes to accounts) per applicable accounting standards
- Support statutory and internal audits with schedules, reconciliations, and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of ledger balances prior to reporting
- Execute month-end close: accruals, provisions, prepayments, and adjustment entries
- Perform GL reconciliations and resolve open/aging items on a timely basis
- Coordinate with shared services/accounting teams to meet close deadlines




- Support balance sheet substantiation and schedule preparation
- Prepare monthly MIS reports on revenue, cost, and key operating metrics
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. prior period) and highlight key trends
- Support management decks and commentary for leadership review
- Basic exposure to AP/AR processes, vendor reconciliations, and banking transactions
- Support treasury-related tasks like fund tracking and cash flow monitoring

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–3 years post-qualification experience
- Articleship in audit, financial reporting, or month-end close is a robust plus
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and Ind AS/IFRS
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (pivots, formulas, basic modeling) and PowerPoint
- Exposure to ERP systems (D365, SAP, Tally, or similar) preferred
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination
