T-Hub is looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounts professional to support end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, billing, receivables and payables, statutory compliance, reconciliations, MIS and audit coordination. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
- Manage billing across T-Hub entities, including invoice generation in Nexudus and reconciliation in Zoho Books.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, vendor bills, payment documentation and collections follow-ups.
- Perform bank, vendor, ledger and payment-gateway reconciliations and resolve open items.
- Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance , including working papers, returns and timely payments.
- Prepare MIS reports, aging reports and financial data analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support statutory, internal and fixed-asset audits.
- Ensure books and supporting documentation remain accurate, timely and audit-ready.





Who We’re Looking For

- B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent, pursuing or completed.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, accounting operations, AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, taxation/compliance, or similar roles.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS compliance .
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel , including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Exposure to Zoho Books, Tally or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Someone who is hands-on, willing to learn and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
