Job Profile: Associate ESG/Sustainability (Female)

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect, validate, and compile EHS & Sustainability data for reporting requirements.
- Maintain MIS, reports, trackers, and compliance checklists related to EHS & Sustainability.
- Develop and curate content for employee communications on ESG, Sustainability, and EHS initiatives and best practices.
- Prepare internal communications and awareness materials related to EHS & Sustainability.
- Prepare carbon emissions disclosures, maintain the GHG inventory, and support carbon accounting and reporting.
- Develop and compile content for the BCCL Sustainability Report in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely monthly updates and effective maintenance of the online EHS & ESG Management System.

Qualifications: Basic: B.Tech./M.Sc. in Environmental Management

Desirable: Certified Sustainability Qualified and Carbon Footprint Assessor
