About Our Client A company in the Technology & Telecoms sector based in Mumbai.

- Manage financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies.
- Provide insights to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks effectively.
- Support audits and liaise with external stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-15+ years of experience ( CPA US Desirable ) - Strong expertise in US GAAP and working knowledge of Indian GAAP, with hands-on experience in financial statement preparation, consolidations, and cash flow management.
- Proven experience in Internal Controls, SOX Compliance, Financial Governance,



Audit Management, and Risk Management Frameworks.
- Exposure to publicly listed organizations, preferably NASDAQ-listed companies, including regulatory reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), Lease Accounting, Controllership, Tax Management, and Corporate Finance.
- Demonstrated experience leading large finance teams and managing multiple finance functions within complex global organizations.
- Prior experience within IT Services, ITES, SaaS, Healthcare, Construction, or Global Capability Center (GCC) environments will be preferred. What's on Offer - Market-competitive salary package.
