Job Title: Associate Digital Marketing Executive
Job Location: Baner, Pune (WFO)

Shift: 9:30AM To 6:30PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer with 0to 2 years of hands-on experience to support our digital marketing activities across Social Media, SEO, Graphic Design and Meta Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Assist with Meta Ads, audience research, ad copies and campaign monitoring.
- Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Create social media posts, ad banners and promotional creatives.
- Support backlink building, directory listings and website optimization.
- Track marketing performance and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Analyze campaign/SEO performance and suggest improvements.
Key KPIs
- 15–20+ social media posts per month.
- 4–8 reels/videos per month.
- 50–100 keywords researched/optimized.
- 20+ marketing creatives per month.
- Consistent backlink and off-page SEO activities.
- Meta Ads performance tracking and lead-generation support.
- 100% timely reporting and task completion.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Canva/Graphic Design and Meta Ads. Robust communication, creativity, analytical ability and willingness to learn.
Education: Digital Marketing / Marketing / MBA / BBA / Mass Communication / related students or freshers.
