Experienced IAM Architect / PAM Admin needed with solid hands-on expertise in Delinea Secret Server. The role combines architecture and administration responsibilities, including secret onboarding, template standardization, password and secret policy configuration, password rotation, RBAC, folder permissions, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Implement and administer Delinea Secret Server in a hybrid environment
- Run workshops to gather requirements to onboard secrets.
- Assess use cases and determine the right onboarding and rotation approach for each account / asset type
- Define and standardize secret templates
- Configure and enforce Secret policies
- Implement password rotation, including RPC-based rotation where applicable
- Design and manage RBAC and folder permissions
- Troubleshoot day-to-day Delinea issues and resolve configuration problems
- Maintain configuration and operational documentation

Additional Responsibilities

Education

- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or IT required





Work Experience 4+ years of experience in IAM / PAM with strong practical delivery and 2+ years experience in onboarding secrets to Delinea.

Good working knowledge of

- Windows Active Directory (AD accounts, local admin accounts, scheduled tasks and services)
- Linux logins via SSH
- Azure Entra ID Cloud platform

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Preferred knowlegde of SAP application user accounts
- Ability to support operational issues while also driving architectural improvements
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Cryptographic key-based credentials (SSH, APIs, Certificates, Tokens, etc.)

- License and Certifications CISSP or any IAM/Security related certifications preferred.

Travel Requirements

10%: Up to 26 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
