About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally driven and intellectually curious Associate Chief of Staff to work directly with the Head Chief of Staff, and senior leadership team on high-impact strategic initiatives.

This role is designed for outstanding fresh graduates who aspire to build a career in business leadership, venture building, strategy, operations, investment management, or entrepreneurship. The Associate CoS will gain exposure across multiple business functions while helping drive execution on the firm's most critical priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Projects

- Support leadership in researching, analyzing, and executing strategic initiatives.
- Prepare business cases, market assessments, and competitive intelligence reports.
- Translate leadership discussions into actionable project plans and follow-through.

Business Operations
- Track key organizational priorities and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate across teams to drive accountability and project completion.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports.

Executive Support
- Prepare briefing documents, meeting notes, and executive summaries.
- Assist in managing leadership communications and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Support preparation for board meetings, investor discussions, and strategic reviews.

Analysis & Research
- Conduct industry, market, company, and financial research.
- Monitor industry trends,



emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
- Develop structured recommendations based on data and insights.

Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Help build scalable processes and documentation across the organization.

Ideal Candidate

Educational Background

- Recent graduate (0-2 years experience).
- Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Preferred institutions include SRCC, SSCBS, St. Xavier's, Ashoka University, NMIMS, Christ University, Delhi University, and other leading institutions.
