Barakah Atelier is looking for a creative, organized, and people-oriented Workshop Coordinator to manage and coordinate our creative workshops and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate workshops from start to finish.

- Coordinate with instructors, venues, suppliers, and participants.

- Handle workshop registrations, confirmations, schedules, and enquiries.

- Arrange workshop materials, setup, and logistics.

- Assist with developing new workshop concepts and experiences.

- Promote workshops through social media and other channels.

- Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for participants.

- Track bookings, expenses, supplies, and workshop feedback.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Creative mindset with an interest in art, crafts, culture, or lifestyle experiences.

- Comfortable coordinating with people, vendors, and external partners.

- Social-media knowledge is an advantage.

- Previous experience in events, workshops, hospitality, education, or community activities is preferred.

- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
