What You’ll Do

- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to foreign leadership, simplifying complex Indian labor laws and compliance frameworks.
- Lead client discussions with utmost humility, cultural adaptability, and absolute respect for Japanese corporate etiquette.
- Deliver high-impact strategic guidance that enables seamless cross-border business expansion.

What We’re Looking For

- Legal Expertise: 6 years of solid,



hands-on corporate law experience with deep domain specialization in labor laws.
- Cross-Cultural Acumen: A natural knack for cultural empathy, active listening, and refined, humble communication with international clients.
