This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Consultant based in Delhi, India. The individual will engage in day-to-day tasks such as analysing real estate data, developing reports, providing strategic advice to clients, managing projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Other responsibilities include client interaction, preparing presentations, and using proprietary tools for data interpretation and decision-making support.

- Conceptualising and preparing Research & Consultancy presentations to clients.

- Responsible for undertaking customised projects and servicing clients on a day-to-day basis

- Managing and mobilising field teams.

- Analysis of data and generating insights.

- Content Analysis/Report Writing

- Monitoring the timely completion and quality checks.

- Briefing & Training of field staff

- Following up with clients for timely payment collection.

Qualifications

- Only postgraduates - MBA, M.Plan, M.Arch





- Experience in Real Estate Research / Consulting

- Experience in creating reports and presentations

- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must.

- 2-4 years of research-based consulting experience is a must

- Analytical skills, experience with real estate data analysis, and proficiency in data processing techniques

- Project management, client interaction, and collaboration skills

- Ability to use proprietary tools for data interpretation and decision support

- Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field

- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

- Valuable Interpersonal Skills To Coordinate With Various Functions

- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and have the skill of multitasking

- Good written and verbal communication skills
