Junior AI Developer – Technical (Up to 2 Yrs Exp)

- AI & LLM Fundamentals – Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompting, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and AI application development.
- Analytical & Reasoning Skills – Excellent ability to analyze complex problems, break them into smaller tasks, identify patterns, reason logically, and derive accurate solutions.
- AI Agents & Automation – Ability to develop and integrate AI agents, tool/function calling, workflows, task automation, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Python & Data Science – Strong Python fundamentals with exposure to data processing, Pandas, NumPy, basic ML concepts, data analysis, and visualization.
- RAG & Knowledge Processing – Hands-on understanding of document processing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, semantic search, prompt context, and grounding AI responses.
- Data Quality & AI Validation – Ability to perform data validation, consistency checks, anomaly detection,
