Responsibilities Drive life insurance business through assigned bank branches and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Bank Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and other bank staff. Generate leads through bank customers and convert identified opportunities into life insurance business.

Conduct regular meetings with bank staff and provide support in identifying potential insurance customers. Explain suitable life insurance products, features, benefits, and processes to customers based on their requirements. Conduct joint customer meetings/calls along with bank employees wherever required.

Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Train and motivate bank staff to generate insurance leads and improve product awareness. Ensure proper documentation, application processing, and coordination for policy issuance.





Maintain high standards of customer service and persistency. Track daily, weekly, and monthly business performance against assigned targets. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and sales processes.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and resolution of customer/service-related concerns.

Candidate Requirements Education: Any Graduate Experience: 1–5 years in Sales Candidates with experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance/Banca Channel will be preferred. Valuable communication and relationship management skills. Strong sales and customer-handling capabilities. Ability to work with bank employees and manage assigned branches effectively. Should be target-oriented and willing to work in a field/sales environment.
