Role Description

We are looking for an Associate Backend Developer (Java) for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is ideal for fresh graduates, recent graduates, and early-career technology professionals interested in Java development, backend development, Spring Boot, REST APIs, database integration, microservices, cloud technologies, system integration, and enterprise applications.

The Associate Backend Developer (Java) will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, and improve Java-based backend applications, APIs, databases, internal systems, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, authentication, cloud platforms, caching, messaging systems, testing tools, and modern backend-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Java development, backend development, backend engineering, software engineering, application development, API development, web development, enterprise software, or related technology roles can apply.




- Final-year students completing their degree and available for full time employment may also be considered.
- Candidates currently working as Associate Backend Developer (Java), Associate Java Backend Developer, Junior Java Backend Developer, Java Backend Developer, Java Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Java Developer, Spring Boot Developer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, multithreading, concurrency, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of database design, joins, normalization, indexing, transactions, queries, schemas, and data-access concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, scalable backend applications, or service-oriented architecture will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, debugging, testing, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Postman, API testing,



integration testing, or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, event-driven systems, or asynchronous processing will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, logging, monitoring, configuration management, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, secure coding, or backend-security concepts will be an advantage.
- Exposure to application performance optimization, database tuning, observability, troubleshooting, scalability, or reliability concepts will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Valuable analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical and reliable Java backend solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, Java project, Spring Boot project, backend project, API project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time Java backend development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new Java frameworks, backend technologies, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software-engineering practices.
