We are looking for an Associate – Art Director:

- Lead Creative Conceptualization: Drive the visual direction of brand campaigns and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and client objectives. Translate briefs into impactful, visually compelling concepts and executions.
- Manage and Mentor the Design Team: Collaborate with graphic designers and junior creatives, offering guidance and creative input to ensure high-quality design outcomes. Support a culture of collaboration and creative excellence.
- Client and Internal Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, content, social media, and marketing teams to develop cohesive and integrated campaign visuals. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure Visual Consistency Across Platforms: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across social media, print, digital ads, presentations, and other collaterals.
- Stay Ahead of Design Trends: Keep abreast of emerging design trends,



tools, and technologies, incorporating innovative practices into creative output.
- Oversee Project Timelines and Quality: Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand visuals.
- Hands-on Design Contribution: Contribute to high-priority design projects when required, bringing in expertise in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

Other Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in creative design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior creative role (preferably in an agency setup).
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
- Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and client communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Shahpur Jat, Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Except 1st and 3rd Saturdays)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 P

Pay: ₹25,495.82 - ₹78,988.39 per month

Work Location: In person
