Position Summary The Quality and Risk Management organization partners with the business to drive innovation in delivery, enable efficiency and collaboration, and provide meaningful insights to manage risk and improve quality in the way projects are sold and delivered.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Analytics and Insights on the Quality and Risk Management team, you will be responsible for…

- Maintain data and system records to support quality program management processes.

- Develop, update, and maintain Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Drive automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft Office tools.

- Support enhancements to the Quality Program Management System and Delivery Risk Reporting.

- Review Health Check results to identify gaps within quality program management systems.

- Prepare and distribute Delivery Risk Reports.

Quality and Risk Management is seeking innovative, forward-thinking professionals who are energized by bringing ideas to life that help shape and transform how the practice delivers to clients.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM





Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor’s degree: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Arts (BA), or Bachelor of Science (BS).

- 1-3 years of experience analyzing large datasets.

- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power BI.

- Experience maintaining or developing reports and dashboards.

- Experience using Microsoft Power Automate or other automation tools.

- Experience supporting data maintenance, reporting, or quality management processes.

Preferred

- Experience supporting risk, quality, compliance, or program management reporting.

- Experience identifying gaps through data review and supporting remediation tracking.

- Experience working with stakeholders across teams or geographies.

- Experience using artificial intelligence-enabled tools to support reporting or automation.

- Availability to participate in meetings up to 9:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST), as needed.
