Position Details

The UK Chargeback Analyst will be responsible for managing cardholder disputes and merchant chargebacks for UK-based clients while ensuring compliance with card scheme regulations and banking standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and investigate chargeback and dispute cases.
- Review transaction records and supporting documents to determine dispute validity.
- Analyze fraudulent, unauthorized, and cardholder dispute transactions.
- Prepare chargeback representations and follow-ups with merchants/acquirers.
- Ensure compliance with Visa,



Mastercard, and UK banking regulations.
- Maintain dispute records and update internal systems accurately.
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Provide timely resolutions and customer-focused support.

Required Skills
- Experience in UK Chargeback/Dispute Management operations.
- Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and payment card industry regulations.
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and operational tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Chargeback, Card Disputes, Fraud Operations, Payment Processing, or Banking Operations preferred.
- Good understanding of UK financial services processes is an added advantage.
