- Position: Associate / Senior Associate - Accounting Operations

- Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com

Main Purpose of the Role Execute end-to-end Accounting Operations activities to ensure accurate financial records, timely period-end closing, balance sheet integrity, regulatory compliance, and delivery against agreed service levels. Contribute to standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute balance sheet and bank reconciliations, investigate aged items, and ensure timely resolution of open items.
- Perform General Ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, provisions, adjustments, fixedassets accounting, and intercompany activities.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Deliver activities within defined quality, accuracy, and service-level requirements.
- Coordinate with markets, auditors, retained organizations, and cross-functional teams to address accounting queries and escalations.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification, automation, and productivity improvement.




- Maintain process documentation and support knowledge transfer and business continuity requirements.
