- Support planning and coordination while independently owning defined workstreams or packages.
- Coordinate Client, consultants, contractors and site teams for assigned matters.
- Track actions, deliverables, responsibilities and dependencies.
- Drive routine matters to closure without continuous chasing.
- Identify bottlenecks and escalate before they affect the wider project.
Planning, Procurement & Design
- Assist programme preparation and monitoring.
- Track design deliverables, approvals and information release dates.
- Assist tendering and procurement activities.
- Must be well versed with Quantity Estimation works
- Monitor procurement and long-lead items.
- Review drawings and submissions at an appropriate level and raise discrepancies.
- Raise and track RFIs through the prescribed process.
Site, Commercial, Quality & Reporting
- Conduct site visits and verify reported progress.
- Assist measurements, billing and quantity verification.
- Support quality and safety audits.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers and meeting records.
- Maintain action, risk, issue, decision and information registers.
- Use GM-Sync / project systems accurately and consistently.
Client, Team & Development
- Participate in project meetings and support Client communications.
- Support PM / Project Lead in presentations and stakeholder coordination.
- Help resolve routine project issues.
- Support junior team members where appropriate.
- Contribute to Gray Matter process improvement, lessons learned and Construction Intelligence.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
- Relevant project/site/PMC experience.
- Working knowledge of documentation, MS Office and project planning tools.
