Roles & Responsibilities

- · Lead endtoend fullstack design and development of scalable, secure insurance applications across Health, Motor, Travel, and Property domains.
- · Architect, build, and maintain highperformance applications using React.js/Next.js for frontend and Node.js/NestJS for backend services.
- · Translate complex business requirements into robust, compliant, and secure technical solutions, ensuring alignment with insurance regulations and dataprivacy standards.
- · Design and implement RESTful APIs, backend services, and data-access layers integrated with PostgreSQL, ensuring performance and reliability.
- · Drive deployment, monitoring, and optimization of applications on GCP,



leveraging cloudnative components for scalability and cost efficiency.
- · Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless, highquality releases.
- · Provide technical leadership, conduct code/design reviews, and mentor junior developers to elevate team capability and engineering standards.
- · Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and longterm preventive fixes for production systems.

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, audit, and datasecurity requirements, embedding them into engineering practices and delivery.
