Associate Vice President (AVP) – Advisor Program Management

Work Experience

8–12 years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Distribution, Sales Strategy, Distribution Excellence, Channel Management, or Advisor Program Management.

Essential Qualification

- MBA / Post Graduate in Management.

Role Purpose The AVP – Advisor Program Management will be responsible for designing, governing, and managing the complete Advisor Lifecycle across the Agency Business Partner Channel. The role will ensure seamless execution of advisor onboarding, licensing, promotions, maintenance, compensation administration, recognition programs, and advisor productivity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advisor Lifecycle Management

- Design and govern advisor selection and eligibility norms.

- Manage advisor recruitment and onboarding processes.





- Oversee advisor licensing, renewals, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Manage advisor promotions and progression frameworks.

- Ensure advisor contract issuance, maintenance, amendments, and renewals.

- Develop frameworks for advisor engagement and long-term career progression.

- Governance

- Standardize advisor operating processes across regions.

- ge Equivalence Key frameworks and related advantages.

1. Program Analytics &
- Performance Management

- Develop dashboards and MIS for advisor lifecycle management.

- Track advisor acquisition, activation, retention, and productivity metrics.

- Provide actionable insights to channel leadership.
