Role Description This is a full-time on-site Assistant role based at Unique Packaging Machines in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Assistant will support daily operations across production, packaging, and office activities, including coordinating with team members, maintaining records, and assisting with documentation related to orders, inventory, and dispatch.

The role involves helping with basic machine-related tasks under supervision, preparing and organizing materials,



and ensuring work areas are orderly and safe. The Assistant will also liaise with suppliers or clients as needed, provide general administrative support, and assist management in implementing routine processes and improvements.

Qualifications

- Ability to support production and packaging activities, including handling materials, basic machine assistance, and maintaining organized workspaces.
- Administrative and documentation skills, such as record keeping, data entry, and managing files related to orders, inventory, and dispatch.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities for working with supervisors, team members, suppliers, and clients.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial environments, with willingness to learn about packaging machinery and processes.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to completing tasks safely and efficiently.
- Minimum high school education; vocational or technical training in manufacturing, packaging, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a factory setting in Jaipur and ability to follow all safety and quality guidelines.
