Position: Assistant Team Leader (ATL) – Sales

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve B2C & B2B revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversions, follow-ups, and lead management.
- Handle and convert B2C leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Develop and manage B2B partnerships, institutional clients, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to improve conversion rates.
- Track sales funnel, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Handle escalations and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other teams for lead generation and business growth.




- Support the Sales Manager in achieving overall revenue and business objectives.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in Education, EdTech, Training, or a related industry.
- Prior experience in team handling or leadership is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion abilities.
- Ability to manage both individual sales and team performance.
- Comfortable working with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales reporting tools.
