- Role: Software Mentor / Faculty Trainee
- Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)
- Job Type: Full-time Internship
- Duration: 6 Months
- Department: Academics / Training
- Experience Required: 0–2 Years
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 per month (varies by candidate performance, technical ability, communication, and overall contribution)

- Understanding when to leverage AI vs. when strong manual fundamentals are required.

Responsibilities

- Instruction & Doubt Support: Assist in technical learning sessions and conduct doubt-clearing sessions guided by the academic team.
- Student Mentorship: Guide students through assignments, exercises, programming problems, and small projects.
- Code Quality & Debugging: Review student code, deliver constructive feedback, and help students spot and fix errors.
- Material Preparation & Tracking: Prepare basic exercises, revision material, maintain session notes, and track student progress to identify support areas.
- Module Ownership: Gradually take charge of specific topics or modules as performance and technical capabilities improve.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background

- Preferred: B.Tech / B.E. or M.Tech / M.E. in CS/IT, or MCA.
- Other Majors: Open to candidates from other backgrounds who show strong programming fundamentals and a genuine interest in mentoring.

Experience Profile

- Freshers, recent graduates, or candidates with 0–2 years of software development experience.
- Suitable for candidates with internship, tutoring, peer-teaching, or personal software project experience.
- Note:



Prior formal teaching experience is not strictly required.

Core Requirements

- Strong programming logic, basic DSA, SQL/databases, and Git/GitHub.
- Clear verbal and written communication with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Patience when working with beginners and willingness to continuously learn.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of JS, TS, Node.js, Express.js, React, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Git, code reviews, or AI development tools.
