- Inbound & Outbound Operations
- Supervise the end-to-end processing of orders from inbound receiving (GRN) to outbound rider dispatch.
- Ensure strict adherence to inventory placement protocols, utilizing barcode scanning to maintain tracking accuracy.
- Oversee the picking and packing workflows to maximize Units Per Hour (UPH) while eliminating sorting errors.
- Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage real-time inventory counts and lead routine cycle counting to identify discrepancies early.
- Control product wastage, leakage, and shrinkage across all categories, including daily fresh produce and FMCG.
- Monitor stock levels strictly to maintain zero stock-outs on the customer dashboard while preventing overstocking.
- Team Management & Shift Leadership
- Structure and enforce daily roster planning for picker-packers, store captains, and inbound associates.




- Conduct daily 15-minute operational huddles to align ground teams on key metrics, fill rates, and safety standards.
- Assist in coordinating last-mile delivery riders, managing queue times, and resolving rider assignment delays.
- Compliance & Facility Upkeep
- Maintain strict store hygiene, sanitation standards, and proper temperature zones for fresh or temperature-sensitive inventory.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for stock grading, damage sorting, and product handling.
- Step in as the primary point of contact for store execution during the Dark Store Manager’s absence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
