The Assistant Store Manager for a Pet Retail Store is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving sales to achieve business goals. The manager will be a passionate animal lover with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Operational Management:

- Ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.

B.. Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure staff are trained in customer service and product knowledge.
- Organize and manage special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

C. Sales and Marketing:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.




- Manage visual merchandising to optimize sales.

D. Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage the store’s budget.
- Monitor and control operational expenses.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a pet store or similar environment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,745.69 - ₹35,000.00 per month
