Role Description The Assistant Team Lead role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The individual in this role will support the Team Lead in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating tasks across projects, and ensuring that service delivery and internal workflows meet established standards.

Responsibilities include organizing team schedules, monitoring progress against goals, preparing reports, and facilitating communication between team members and leadership.

The Assistant Team

Lead will help maintain quality in client-facing services, assist in resolving operational issues, and contribute to process improvements. This role also involves mentoring team members,



supporting training initiatives, and promoting a collaborative, psychologically safe work environment aligned with Emo Matrix Group’s values.

- Candidates should possess strong leadership support and people management skills, including team coordination, delegation, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess organizational and project management skills, such as task prioritization, time management, and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

- Candidates should possess a basic understanding of psychology, mental health concepts, and an interest in human behavior and emotional well-being.
- Candidates should possess adaptability and collaboration skills, including openness to feedback, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in psychology, management, or a related field are preferred; prior experience in a supervisory or coordinator role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., office suites, project tracking software) and comfort working within structured processes and compliance standards is beneficial.
