What You Will Do:

You’ll help run the MIYO floor, lead the team, and make sure every shift runs smoothly — from operations to customer experience.

- Lead the team and manage day-to-day shift operations
- Manage rosters, cash, inventory, dispatches and daily operational checks
- Ensure counter, kitchen, cleaning and product quality standards are maintained
- Conduct daily briefings, team catch-ups, training and performance feedback
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with ownership
- Keep the team on track with tasks, timelines and store standards
- Monitor FEFO, stock levels, refilling, R&M; and other operational requirements
- Step in proactively wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly

Who are You: You’re confident, organised and comfortable taking charge of a busy shift.

- A natural team leader who takes ownership
- Calm, quick on your feet and good with people
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Proactive and comfortable solving problems on the go
- Great at customer service and handling difficult situations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory / team-lead role in a high-volume café, QSR or restaurant
- Bonus points if you’re a dessert lover
