We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support sales and occupancy growth for our senior living community. The role involves generating leads, conducting facility tours, following up with prospects and families, to convert enquiries into residents.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

- 2-4 Years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, senior living, healthcare, or a related industries.

- Experience with CRM and Sales management tools.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

- Conduct facility tours and explain services, amenities, pricing, and lifestyle perks.

- Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales and occupancy targets.

- Monitor competitor offerings, Market trends, and pricing.

- Track sales activities, conversions, and performance through CRM and reporting tools.
