Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Generate leads through direct marketing, channel partners, references, and other sources.

Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Conduct project presentations and property site visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and real estate consultants.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Negotiate with customers and facilitate the booking and sales process.

Maintain regular follow-ups and accurate sales reports.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile





2 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales or a related industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of residential real estate projects and the Bhubaneswar market.

Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.

Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency in Odia, Hindi, and English.
