Role & responsibilities

- Support the execution of sales strategies for hatchery feed products and contribute to achieving assigned sales targets.

- Coordinate with distributors and direct hatchery customers to drive feed sales and ensure consistent order flow.

- Plan, monitor, and document hatchery feed trials; collect, analyze, and report trial performance data.

- Provide technical guidance on feeding protocols and hatchery management practices.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments, and share timely updates.

- Conduct regular hatchery visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify business opportunities.

- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports and presentations as per company guidelines.

- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and supply operations.

Preferred candidate profile To support and drive sales of hatchery feed products by managing customer and distributor relationships,



coordinating feed trials, collecting field data, and providing technical support to hatcheries, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree in Fisheries / Aquaculture / Marine Biology or related field

- 36 years of experience in hatchery feed sales or hatchery operations

- Robust understanding of shrimp hatchery feeding practices

Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Technical understanding of hatchery feeds

- Data collection and reporting skills

- Willingness to travel extensively
