Sr. Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager – HVAC Sales Experience:

6–10 Years (HVAC / MEP Industry) Location:

Delhi NCR / North Zone (Hybrid + Field Client Visits) Brands You'll Represent:

Belimo, Daikin (FCU / Cassette / High Wall) & partner brands ( ABB, Armstrong, BAC, Howden, Prihoda )

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Drive Revenue & Targets:

Achieve bottom-line sales targets for Belimo and Daikin product ranges across North India.

Consultant Engagement ("Spec-In"):

Build robust ties with top MEP Consultants to ensure product specifications are included in key project designs. Deal Closure:

Collaborate with MEP Contractors, General Contractors, and End-Users to negotiate and close commercial deals. Financial & Market Management:

Manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO),



monitor competitor activities, and deliver strategic revenue forecasts. Client Advisory:

Provide tailored technical solution presentations and maintain long-term customer relationships. Key Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

6–10 years in B2B technical sales within HVAC, MEP, or Energy Solutions. Technical Expertise:

Deep knowledge of HVAC applications, FCU, Cassette, High Wall units, and control valves/actuators. Network:

Strong existing relationships with MEP consultants and contractors across the North Zone. Skills:

Commercial negotiation, consultative selling, and end-to-end deal cycle management. Education:

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields preferred.
