About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates/freshers to join Tata AIA Life Insurance as Assistant Relationship Managers under the Direct Sales Force.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their careers in sales, customer relationship management, financial services, and business development. Selected candidates will receive structured training and will have opportunities to develop their professional and customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new customers through leads, references, existing customer networks, and market outreach.
- Meet prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and explain suitable insurance products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through new policy sales and additional product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Assist customers with policy-related queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions,



and sales activities in the system.
- Participate in training programs and follow company processes, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any specialization.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a customer-facing sales role.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field/customer interaction.
