About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – Insurance to drive regional business growth, achieve insurance targets, strengthen branch performance, and develop new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of insurance products, excellent team-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with branches, empanelled insurers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional insurance business growth and achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate with branches to improve insurance sales and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Conduct product training and provide regular guidance to branch teams.
- Monitor branch-wise and individual performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Identify new insurance business opportunities and develop new market potential.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support throughout the insurance process.
- Support the team in achieving business, productivity, and revenue objectives.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.




- Relevant experience in the Insurance / Financial Services / Banking sector.
- Solid understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in handling branches, sales teams, or regional business operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
