Role Description As an Assistant Recruiter at Magnolia Community Health Pvt. Ltd., you will support end-to-end hiring activities for various roles within the organization. On a day-to-day basis, you will help source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, and coordinate communication between applicants and hiring managers.

You will assist in organizing recruitment drives, updating job postings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close collaboration with the Human Resources team and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work with applicant tracking or HR systems.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a qualified approach to handling candidate information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Interest in healthcare, employee wellness, or productivity-focused organizations is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment.
