JOB SUMMARY

(Brief about the existence of the position)

Job Incumbent should have 7-10 years of experience in Purchase and should have minimum 2 years of Experience from steel / fabrication / PEB industry.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary duties)

1. Sourcing of Civil Project related requirements, CAPEX items / O&M; Items and Services.
2. Positive Knowledge of Vendor Sourcing Practices (Researching, Evaluating, & Liaising with Suppliers.
3.



Understanding of Supply chain Procedures with good analytical Skills.
4. Sending RFQ & Coordinating for Getting offers, making Comparison & Evaluate offers Technically & Commercially.
5. Negotiate Contract terms of agreement & Pricing.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Apart from regular activities )

1. Inter & Intra Departmental Coordination for Technical clearance for the items being handled.
2. PO creation in SAP
3. Knowledge of SAP, Excel is Must
4. Ensure the timely receipt of material from Supplier
5. Ability to handle queries raised from internal & external customers.
