Assistant Psychologist A mandatory 3-month screening and training period will be conducted at Wisdom Matters Neuropsychiatry Centre, Sus, Pune. (6 days a week 10am to 6pm)

Training stipend: None

Candidates who successfully complete and qualify through the training process will be offered a full time position at the clinic.

Full-time salary: ₹20,000/- per month

Work Timings:

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM 6 days a week | Thursday Off

Eligibility

Master’s degree in Psychology

Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate approach with empathy and effective rapport-building abilities

Ability to work responsibly within a clinical setting and follow structured treatment protocols

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual therapy sessions by implementing specific, supervised treatment programmes and psychological interventions

Conduct neuropsychological assessments and prepare comprehensive assessment reports





Maintain accurate and systematic written and digital clinical records

Facilitate support group sessions effectively, sensitively, and compassionately

Research, write, and edit high-quality mental health and wellness articles/blogs, including SEO-optimised content

Create engaging and educational video content for YouTube and Instagram Reels

Proactively manage and contribute to the clinic’s social media presence

Support the clinic’s marketing, outreach, and brand-building initiatives

Contribute proactively to the overall functioning and growth of the clinic

Any and other duties that may arise with respect to outreaching schools, colleges, interdisciplinary team communication, hospital visits, clinic responsibilities, etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
